Yes, you can ask for any colour you can think of for the header navigation and text and we will be happy to match them for you.

Which fonts are available? |

The font options are limited by the fact that only so many are guaranteed to be installed on your customers machine. Therefore if you decide to include one that may not be availble on your customers P.C. then another will be automatically chosen and your web page may not look how you planned. We would always advise you to choose from the following: verdana, arial, courier and times new roman.

Which formats are suitable for my images? |

We will require images to be sent in either gif or jpeg format. We would suggest you use jpeg for photographs and gif for flat coloured images (such as logos etc)

Can you scan photographs for me? |

We do offer a scanning service and will be happy to do this for you. Please note that a charge of £2.50 per photograph will be added to the cost of your package.

How do I order my website?

Once you have decided that you wish to proceed we will ask you to make an initial payment - normally 25% of the cost of the web package plus any extras you require. Once this payment has been received we will register any domain names that you require and commence work on your website. You will not be asked to pay the balance of the cost until the website has been completed to your total satisfaction. Click here to order now.

How long will it take before my website is on the net? |

Once we have received the initial deposit and all the images and content for your website it could be live on the Internet in less than 4 days! The average time, however is about a week.

Does the Gold Package include a shopping cart? |

No. In keeping the cost of the Gold Package so low we cannot offer the shopping cart facilities within the price stated. You will however have one order form on our secure server from which you will receive an email containing all the information you may require to process the order. You can however request a shopping cart facility and we will source the appropriate software for your needs and let you know the price before proceeding.

Can my website be updated after it is finished? |

Yes, your website can be updated at any time. If you only require very minor and infrequent changes, e.g. a few words of text or a couple of prices, we will carry them out for you without charge. For more substantial updates, e.g. whole sections of text or replacement graphics, we make a charge of £15 per hour (minimum charge £15).

Can I update and make changes to my website myself? |

Yes. We can provide you with full FTP access to your website for a one-time charge of £25. However, once access details have been supplied to you we no longer accept responsibility for the functionality of the website.
You can also request the installation of up-dating software and we will be happy to instal this for you, contact us for more details.

What are the ongoing costs? |

The only on-going costs you will need to pay are the low cost monthly hosting charges. For the Bronze package this is only £3.95 per month and for the Silver and Gold packages just £6.95 per month.
